How do I 

How do I book?

Fill out an inquiry form here. We will contact you via e-mail with availability and a link to our secure booking site, Honeybook.com. This is where you will sign the contract and pay the deposit.

Are you Insured?

Yes. If a certificate of liability is required for your event, you must request the COI at least 4 days prior to the event date. 

​

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. We require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure the rental.

​

What Is Your Cancellation/Reschedule and Rain Policy?

The 25% Deposit is non-refundable. However, you can cancel or reschedule your rental no less than 4 hours before drop-off time. Any remaining amount paid will be refunded. The 25% deposit can be used towards a future rental.

 

Is there a Delivery Fee?

Yes, However, we do not charge a delivery fee for Lago Vista, Point Venture, or Jonestown. Farther deliveries subject to a fee of $2 per mile outside of Lago Vista.

Do you setup & pick up the rental(s)?

Yes.

How long can I keep the inflatable?

Rental duration is up to 8 hours.

​

Can we keep the rental overnight?

Large inflatables can be kept overnight, depending on availability the next day and if setup is within a secured fenced area.

​

Can someone inspect my event location before I make a reservation?

Yes. We google map every location to get an idea of any potential locations for setup. You can also send us a picture or video of setup location.

​

Where can inflatable rentals be set up?

Mowed grass area is preferred, but rentals can be setup on concrete, asphalt, or dirt (depending on amount of rocks and sticks.) A tarp may be used to protect rental.

Where can Soft-Play Rentals be set up?

Inside is preferable, however we can setup outside on concrete or a flat, mowed grassy area.

​

Can inflatables be set up indoors?

Yes. However, you should check the height requirements for the inflatables and check the ceiling height for setup area. Also, keep in mind the sound from the blower.

​

How far in advance should I reserve my rental?

You can reserve up to 1 year in advance.

​

When is the remaining 75% balance due?

Remaining payment is due the morning of setup. Payment must be made in full before rental is setup.

​

What types of payment do you accept?

Payments are made through a platform called Honeybook. A secure third party system handles all payment processing. You can pay with debit, any major credit card or bank transfer.

​

Will someone need to be present at delivery?

Yes. Someone over the age of 18 must be present when we deliver the rental.

​

What do I do if my blower stops working?

Check to make sure the plug has not come unplugged from the extension cord. Next, check to make sure the extension cord has not come unplugged from the power source. If the blower is still properly connected to the power source then check circuit breaker to make sure it has not tripped. If you cannot get blower to turn on then call us immediately at 512-466-9412.

Are the rentals cleaned?

All of our rentals are cleaned and disinfected.

​

Will I be refunded if I do not utilize the rental?

There is no refund once the rental has been setup.
